Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all transactions made through the Razorpay Payment Gateway for online courses and services offered by Violet InfoSystems Pvt. Ltd. ("VIPL").

1. Cancellation Policy

  • All course purchases are final.
  • No cancellation requests will be accepted once a course has been purchased and access granted.
  • Users are advised to review the course details, prerequisites, and demo (if available) before making a purchase.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  • Payment debited but course access not delivered due to a system issue.
  • Transaction failure where amount was deducted but not automatically refunded by the payment gateway.

In all such valid cases, users must report the issue within 5 days of the transaction by writing to support@violetinfo.com along with the payment receipt or transaction ID.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
